  1.                     MOM'S GRAHAM CRACKER BARS

  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 c. sugar
  6. 1/2 c. butter
  7. 2-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  8.  
  9. 2 c. small marshmallows
  10. 1/2 c. flaked coconut (opt.)
  11. 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  12. 3 T. peanut butterBring first three ingredients to a boil and cool.  It
  13. scorches easily.  Mix together next three ingredients.  Pour
  14. cooled syrup over and mix well.  Press into 7 x 10 pan.  Melt
  15. chips and peanut butter and spread on bars.  Do not bake.
